I was going through a stressful problem at home and mold was growing in my garage. The guys came to replace the Drywall and clean out my floors. Looks like everything is new. Excellent work, and a great service.
The project manager and the crew were amazing! Harold was the lead crew member. The entire team has been very professional, patient and courteous. They made the process less stressful for us. We would recommend them to anyone who needs water damage mitigation.
Met one of the owners of the Restoration Doctor in DC while visiting. If lived in the area, no doubt I would call them up for my home restoration needs. He was so knowledgeable and informative and was so kind to my 6 year old son who had lots of questions and was spitting historical facts at him lol. It’s really incredible to see a business give back to its community in this way and I really appreciate their authentic approach to marketing. If you’re in the area and have home restoration needs, I’d definitely suggest you give the Restoration Doctor a chance!

Tyson offered to come the night my pipe burst, but the plumber was here so we asked him to come the next day. He evaluated the drywall for water damage and found none, so we didn't need to go further. He was extremely nice and helpful!
Absolutely love this company, lost house completely from a fire & this company showed nothing but compassion. They also were very reasonable on pricing and were quick yet thorough with their services. Would absolutely use them again & encourage anyone needing these services to call them!

Tyson came out with his thermal camera and identified all areas of water intrusion. The damage wasn't super extensive so we just allowed our tile contractor to do the dry out but this company could not have been nicer or more helpful and didn't even charge us to come out with the infrared equipment

Our basement Airbnb apartment suffered a total flood after both our primary and backup sump pumps failed. GD and his crew were on the scene incredibly fast. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, thorough, and reassuring. They meticulously cleaned up the entire space and confidently explained their drying and restoration plan to us and our guests (who opted to STAY). What truly impressed us was their ability to work seamlessly around a pair of quite difficult guests, handling the situation with grace at every turn. Even though we were out of town, they left us feeling completely confident that our apartment would be perfectly restored. I am so very pleased with the level of service and professionalism provided by Restoration Doctor of Washington DC. We had significant water damage after after a storm. I placed a call that evening and they were there first thing the next morning! They assessed the damage and was able to treat the issue on the spot. I highly recommend them!
